The climb is built
to reward you.
Every deal you close raises your pay multiplier. Every level you advance to pays a higher rate on the same production, and once you build a team, their production pays you as well.
Rookie
Average annual earnings.
Assistant Manager
Average annual earnings, with a team override running.
Manager
Average annual earnings, with a fully built-out team.
Every deal counts the same
How the multiplier climbs
Everyone starts as a Rookie. From there, it's production, not tenure, that moves you up.
Rookie Entry point
- Base multiplier: 5× on every deal.
- Generate 5 sales' worth of PRMR in a week (about $425) and your entire week is paid at 7×, retroactive.
- Resets to 5× at the start of each week.
Assistant Manager Leadership
- Locked at 7×, permanently. No weekly reset.
- Recruit and train 3 rookies who each hit their own 5-sale mark. Combined with your own 75, this unlocks a team override: $25, rising to $50 at 50 total team sales, then $75 at 100 total team sales, per $85 of team production. It's cumulative and never resets.
- Responsibilities: interviewing, recruiting, training your car groups, helping run meetings.
Manager Top of the plan
- Locked at 9×, permanently.
- Flat $125 override on every $85 of team production, with no cap.
- Runs a full team: 5 rookies, each hitting their own mark.
Built to help you get back, not knock you down
This plan is built to keep you climbing. If a stretch falls short, it's designed to help you recover, not to penalize you.
Once a year, one check applies
Your team and production are reviewed against the year's requirements. If you are short, you receive a one-month grace period to catch up.
A second review follows. If you are still short, you lose the override only. Your rate and title are unaffected either way.
Once you requalify, your override resumes where it left off. It does not reset to $25.
