Topside Pros is an independent Authorized Vivint Dealer. We sell and install Vivint systems; we are not Vivint, Inc.
Free security plan
The security plan consultation is free and carries no purchase obligation. It takes place by phone after you contact us. Installation, if you choose to proceed, is performed by a certified Vivint technician. Availability varies by area.
Lifetime equipment warranty
Lifetime equipment coverage is provided through the Vivint Premium Service plan and requires a qualifying system purchase and an active monitoring agreement. Coverage, exclusions, and service terms are set by Vivint, Inc. and are provided at the time of sale.
Installation timing
Same-week installation is subject to technician availability and location. Renters may need landlord approval before installation.
Monitoring agreement, cancellation, and moving
Professional monitoring is provided by Vivint, Inc. under a separate monitoring agreement between you and Vivint — Topside Pros is not the monitoring provider and does not set its terms. That agreement, provided in full before you sign, covers contract length, cancellation policy, whether and how it auto-renews, and what happens to your service if you move. Ask your Smart Home Pro for a copy of the monitoring agreement before you sign, and review it carefully. Financing terms, if used, are set by the financing provider and disclosed separately at the time of purchase.
Product performance
Camera detection, deterrence, and alert features depend on placement, lighting, connectivity, and conditions. Performance may vary. Statistics referenced in our advertising are illustrative.
